Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning

Sidewalk & Walkway Cleaning, done with precision

Sidewalks and walkways get less attention than driveways, yet they are where people walk and slip. We clean concrete, pavers, flagstone and brick walks to remove mud, algae, moss, gum and stains from trees and plants. Narrow walkways are done with a surface cleaner or a wand with the right tip, depending on the material. Pavers get gentle treatment so we do not wash out sand between joints; if joints need to be refilled afterward, we will tell you. For businesses, we clean entry walks and shared paths outside open hours. This service improves traction and appearance, but it will not fix heaved slabs or trip hazards, which need repair by a concrete contractor.

Common questions about sidewalk & walkway cleaning

Will pressure washing loosen my pavers?

We use pressure suited to pavers and keep an eye on joint sand. Some joints may need to be topped up afterward.

Does cleaning make walkways less slippery?

Removing algae and moss helps a lot. Smooth worn surfaces can stay slick, so extra caution is still wise when wet.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses higher water pressure and suits hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew, and it is the safer choice for siding, stucco and painted surfaces.

Will pressure washing damage my property?

It can if done wrong, which is why we choose pressure and nozzles for each surface and use soft washing where high pressure would harm it. We will tell you if a surface is too fragile to clean safely.
