Window Cleaning for homes and businesses

Clean glass changes how a building looks and how much light gets inside. North Texas makes that harder than it sounds: dust blows in off dry fields, spring pollen coats everything, and hard water from sprinklers leaves mineral spots that ordinary cleaners will not touch. Precision Exteriors cleans glass, frames, tracks and screens with the right tools for each, so the job is finished properly rather than just wiped over.

We work on homes in Tolar, Granbury and Parker County, and on storefronts, offices and larger commercial buildings across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Residential jobs are scheduled around your day, and commercial work can be arranged around business hours. We are locally owned and fully insured. Tell us what you have, and we will tell you plainly what cleaning can and cannot fix.

Homeowners: We clean homeowners' windows inside and out, including screens, tracks and sills, and we will flag anything like failed seals or etched glass that cleaning cannot correct.
Businesses & HOAs: Businesses, HOAs and property managers can set up one-time or recurring service, scheduled around business hours, for storefronts, offices and multi-story buildings.

Every window cleaning service we offer

Residential Window CleaningResidential window cleaning covers the glass on your house, cleaned by hand with purified or treated rinse water and professional squeegees so there are no streaks and no film left behind.Commercial Window CleaningCommercial window cleaning keeps storefronts, offices, clinics and retail centers looking open and well cared for.High-Rise Window CleaningHigh-rise window cleaning applies to buildings with glass that cannot be reached from the ground or a standard ladder.Interior & Exterior Window CleaningThis service cleans both sides of your glass in one visit, so you are not chasing a streak that turns out to be on the other side.Window Track & Seal CleaningWindow tracks collect the dirt that glass cleaning leaves behind: dust, dead insects, pollen, grit and sometimes standing water that smells and stains.Window Frame & Ledge CleaningFrames, sills and ledges show dirt faster than glass does, and dirty frames make clean windows look unfinished.Screen CleaningWindow screens trap pollen, dust and cottonwood fluff, and they cut the amount of light and fresh air reaching a room.Window Screen Repair & ReplacementHoles in screens let in mosquitoes, flies and wasps, and the mesh can degrade quickly in Texas sun.Skylight CleaningSkylights get a hard life: direct sun, pollen, bird droppings, tree debris and rainwater that dries into spots.Hard Water Stain RemovalMuch of North Texas has hard water, and sprinklers that hit windows leave white mineral spots that dry in the sun and build up over time.Glass RestorationGlass restoration is for windows that look hazy, spotted or dull even after a normal cleaning.Post-Construction Window CleaningAfter construction or a remodel, glass is covered with paint splatter, stickers, drywall dust, mortar, adhesive residue and fine grit that can scratch if wiped carelessly.Recurring Window Cleaning MaintenanceRecurring maintenance sets your windows on a regular schedule so they never get to the stage that needs heavy cleaning.

Questions about window cleaning

How often should windows be cleaned in North Texas?

Most homes do well with a cleaning once or twice a year, more often if sprinklers hit the glass or you live near a dusty road or construction. Storefronts usually benefit from a regular schedule so customers always see clean glass.

Do you clean inside and outside?

Yes. We can do exterior only, or interior and exterior together. Interior work is done with drop cloths and care around furniture, window coverings and sills.

Can you remove the white spots on my glass?

Often, yes. Light mineral spotting from hard water usually comes off with the right treatment. Long-neglected spots can etch the glass, and in that case we will explain what improvement is realistic before we start.

Do I need to be home during service?

For exterior-only cleaning, usually not, as long as we can reach the windows and gates are unlocked. For interior cleaning, we need access inside, so someone should be there or arrange entry with us ahead of time.
