Driveway Cleaning in North Texas

Driveways collect tire marks, oil drips, mud, leaves and the green or black growth that forms where water lingers.

Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning

Driveway Cleaning, done with precision

Driveways collect tire marks, oil drips, mud, leaves and the green or black growth that forms where water lingers. This service cleans the whole slab with a surface cleaner, which gives even coverage without the stripes that hand-wand cleaning can leave. We pre-treat oil spots and algae, then rinse the loosened dirt to the street or drainage area. The usual result is a visibly lighter driveway that is less slippery. Older oil stains soaked into concrete often fade without disappearing, and rust from sprinklers needs a different treatment than dirt, so we handle each separately and tell you what to expect. Cracked or flaking concrete can lose surface when washed, and we will check first.

Common questions about driveway cleaning

Will oil stains come out?

Fresh stains usually come out well. Old oil that has soaked deep may only lighten, and we will say so beforehand.

Do you seal driveways?

Not as part of cleaning. A clean, dry surface is the right starting point if you plan to have it sealed.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses higher water pressure and suits hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew, and it is the safer choice for siding, stucco and painted surfaces.

Will pressure washing damage my property?

It can if done wrong, which is why we choose pressure and nozzles for each surface and use soft washing where high pressure would harm it. We will tell you if a surface is too fragile to clean safely.
