Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning

Patio & Porch Cleaning, done with precision

Patios and porches are where you sit, eat and host, so dirt and algae show. This service cleans concrete, stone, tile, brick and pavers in outdoor living areas, along with steps and the base of posts. We move or work around furniture where possible, protect plants and keep water away from doors. Because these areas are often shaded and damp, algae and mildew are the main problems, and we treat them with cleaning solution rather than just blasting. Stamped or decorative concrete and natural stone get gentler pressure to protect the surface. Wood decks need different care and are not part of this service. Cleaning improves appearance and traction, but it does not seal or repair the surface.

Common questions about patio & porch cleaning

Do I have to move my patio furniture?

Light furniture is best moved. If it is heavy, we can often work around it and tell you what we could not reach.

Can you clean a wood deck?

This service covers hard surfaces. Wood decks need low pressure and different handling, so mention it when you book.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses higher water pressure and suits hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew, and it is the safer choice for siding, stucco and painted surfaces.

Will pressure washing damage my property?

It can if done wrong, which is why we choose pressure and nozzles for each surface and use soft washing where high pressure would harm it. We will tell you if a surface is too fragile to clean safely.
