Pool Deck Cleaning, done with precision
Pool decks combine sun, water, sunscreen, suntan oil and mineral deposits, and the result is dingy concrete that can be slick at the edge. We clean the deck and surrounding walkways, treating algae and mineral scale, and removing the grime that collects in textured surfaces. Our aim is to keep wash water out of the pool where possible by controlling runoff and directing flow away from the water. Some chemical-laden dirty water can upset pool chemistry, so we recommend telling your pool service when we are coming. Cool deck coatings and sealed surfaces need gentler methods, and we will ask about them first. We do not clean the pool itself or service the pool equipment.

Common questions about pool deck cleaning
Will the cleaning affect my pool water?
We direct runoff away from the pool, but a little can get in. It is wise to tell your pool service so they can check the chemistry.
Can you clean cool deck coatings?
Yes, at lower pressure. Let us know the coating so we can protect it.
What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses higher water pressure and suits hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution that kills algae and mildew, and it is the safer choice for siding, stucco and painted surfaces.
Will pressure washing damage my property?
It can if done wrong, which is why we choose pressure and nozzles for each surface and use soft washing where high pressure would harm it. We will tell you if a surface is too fragile to clean safely.
