Residential Painting in North Texas

Residential painting is the whole-house view: deciding what gets painted, in what order, and how to keep a lived-in home livable while it happens.

Painting & Exterior Improvements

Residential Painting, done with precision

Residential painting is the whole-house view: deciding what gets painted, in what order, and how to keep a lived-in home livable while it happens. A project can combine interior rooms, exterior surfaces, garage and fence or trim work under one plan and one point of contact. We walk the home with you, note repairs that should come before paint, and lay out the sequence so you are not without a kitchen or bedroom longer than necessary. This suits homeowners updating several areas, preparing a house for the market, or finishing after a remodel. We do not pretend every surface needs repainting, and we will tell you what can wait.

Common questions about residential painting

Can the interior and exterior be done as one project?

Yes. Combining them under one schedule means one walkthrough, one contact and less back-and-forth.

Do I need to be home?

Not for the whole job. We agree on access and daily timing up front and keep you posted.

Why does paint fade so quickly on some sides of a building?

South- and west-facing walls take the most direct sun and heat in Texas, and UV breaks down the binder in paint. Those elevations usually need attention sooner than shaded sides, and a quality exterior coating helps slow it down.

How much of a paint job is preparation?

Most of it. Washing, scraping loose paint, repairing damaged surfaces, caulking gaps and priming bare spots decide how long the finish lasts. Skipping prep is the usual reason paint peels early.
