Painting & Exterior Improvements

Interior Painting, done with precision

Interior painting covers walls, ceilings, trim, doors and cabinets inside a home or office. We move and cover furniture, patch nail holes and dings, sand glossy surfaces, caulk trim gaps and spot-prime repairs and stains so the finish looks even instead of blotchy. Cutting clean lines at ceilings and trim takes time, and it is what separates a tidy room from a rushed one. We help you think through sheen, since flat hides wall flaws while satin wipes clean in busy rooms. Heavy water stains or damaged drywall may need repair first, and we will say so before painting over a problem that will bleed back through.

Common questions about interior painting

Do I need to move my furniture?

No. We move and cover what is in the way and put it back. Fragile or personal items are best cleared by you beforehand.

Will old stains show through new paint?

Some will if they are not sealed. We use a stain-blocking primer where needed, though active leaks must be fixed first.

Why does paint fade so quickly on some sides of a building?

South- and west-facing walls take the most direct sun and heat in Texas, and UV breaks down the binder in paint. Those elevations usually need attention sooner than shaded sides, and a quality exterior coating helps slow it down.

How much of a paint job is preparation?

Most of it. Washing, scraping loose paint, repairing damaged surfaces, caulking gaps and priming bare spots decide how long the finish lasts. Skipping prep is the usual reason paint peels early.
