Permanent Architectural Lighting in North Texas
Architectural lighting is about shape.
Permanent Architectural Lighting, done with precision
Architectural lighting is about shape. Instead of lighting the whole house evenly, we use permanent LED tracks to trace the lines that make a building look the way it does: gables, dormers, columns, eave returns, parapets, and entry canopies. The idea is to emphasize what the architect or builder already gave you, so the property looks finished at night. We walk the exterior with you, choose which features deserve a line of light, and decide on color temperature and brightness so it reads as intentional rather than busy. Tracks are mounted to existing trim or fascia and are discreet by day. Brick and stone surfaces may need different mounting hardware, which we sort out at the site visit.

Common questions about permanent architectural lighting
Will it light up the whole building?
No. It outlines selected features. For wider coverage, ask about accent lighting.
Can it be mounted on brick or stone?
Often yes, but it depends on the surface and trim available. We check this during the site visit.
How visible is the track during the day?
It mounts low on the fascia or soffit and is usually hard to notice from the street. The look depends on your trim color and roof design.
Can I change colors myself?
Yes. The app lets you pick colors, scenes, brightness, and schedules without any ladder work.
