Kitchen Remodeling, done with precision
Kitchen remodeling usually combines cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, sink and appliances. Because a kitchen is in constant use, sequencing and ordering lead times matter as much as the work itself. We plan demolition, cabinet installation, countertop templating, tile, paint and appliance hookups in a workable order and keep you informed on what arrives when. Changes to gas lines, new circuits, relocating plumbing or removing walls are coordinated with licensed trades and permits where required. We install fixtures and appliances on existing connections ourselves. Hidden surprises behind old walls and floors are common, so we discuss them with you as they appear.

Common questions about kitchen remodeling
Will I have a working kitchen during the project?
Not fully. We discuss a temporary setup and aim to keep the time without a usable kitchen as short as the work allows.
Can you reuse my existing cabinets?
Sometimes, if they are sound. Refacing or repainting can be an option, and we will tell you if replacing is better.
What can you install yourselves, and what do you coordinate?
We install fixtures on existing connections, such as faucets, toilets, light fixtures, fans on existing boxes, mirrors and appliances. New circuits, gas lines, structural changes and permitted work are coordinated with licensed trades where required.
Do you handle permits?
Where a project needs one, we coordinate it with the appropriate licensed trade or the city or county. We will tell you early if a permit is likely so it does not surprise your schedule.
